Abstract

|
This research study was conducted on married senior care hospital female laborers in the Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province area, and aimed to provide the foundation for a work environment that could balance the work and household life of hospital laborers and to improve the service quality through the investigation of the causal relationship between social support, work-household conflict and effectiveness of the workplace. First, based on the general characteristics of the test subjects, for the difference in effectiveness of the workplace, there was a statistically significant difference in age, number of children, number of years employed and monthly income. The effectiveness of the workplace of test subjects in their40’s was higher than that of test subjects in their 30’s and above their 50’s, and effectiveness of the workplace was higher the more children, the longer the number of years employed and the higher the monthly income.
